• Our soaps and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, scent, and appearance may occur—this is part of their uniqueness.
• Product descriptions and images on the website are provided in good faith; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects product colours.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD)
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the available checkout options.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an email from us acknowledging payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver throughout New Zealand. 
• Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Please select the right postage option.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
• FatGlow is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days of delivery**. We will work with you to replace or refund as appropriate.
• Proof of purchase (such as an order number) is required for all returns.

6. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

• Our products are made from natural ingredients; however, individual reactions may still occur.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients before purchase.
• FatGlow is not liable for any adverse reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
