• Fatglow is a New Zealand–owned and operated business.

• Our soaps and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, scent, and appearance may occur—this is part of their uniqueness.
• Product descriptions and images on the website are provided in good faith; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects product colours.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD)
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the available checkout options.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an email from us acknowledging payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver throughout New Zealand. 
• Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Please select the right postage option.
• Dispatch of orders is on a Monday and Thursday each week. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
• Fatglow is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

• If you change your mind, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Due to the personal nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly sent.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace or refund as appropriate.
• Proof of purchase (such as an order number) is required for all returns.
• Not sure if a product is right for you? Samples are available – contact us before purchasing.

6. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

• All ingredients are listed on each product page. Please review these carefully before purchasing.
• While our products are made from natural botanical ingredients, individual skin reactions can occur. If irritation develops, discontinue use immediately.
• Fatglow is not liable for any adverse reactions where ingredients have been clearly disclosed.
